Find security in GOD
Psalms 91:1,2 1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the ALMIGHTY. 2 I will say of the LORD: HE is my refuge and my fortress, my GOD, in whom I trust. So much insecurity these days! Concern about the future. But as servants of GOD, we have the wonderful promise that we can trust and rest in HIM. Important points: • GOD is our unshakable Rock, HE is our fortress. Psalms 18:1-3: 1 I love you, O LORD, my strength. 2 The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my GOD, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, the strength of my salvation, and my high refuge. 3 I call on the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies. We can trust GOD in any and all circumstances, HE is our Rock and never abandons us. • GOD is faithful in his promises. Hebrews 10:23: 23 let us hold fast to the confession of our hope, because He who promised is faithful. The HOLY SPIRIT, through the author of this letter, urges us to keep our trust firm. Let's keep our confession of hope firm, because whoever promised is faithful. • GOD guards us with his protection Psalm 121 the Word tells us that our GOD is our Guardian, HE does not sleep or even doze. • GOD loves us very much with great care, he watches over us. Look what 1 Peter 5:7 says: 7 Casting all your anxiety on HIM, because HE cares for you. We are instructed to cast all our anxiety on HIM because HE cares for us. This is only for those who believe. • Conclusion: You and I, we have security in GOD, however, this does not mean that we will not face struggles, difficulties, trials. But, in all these situations we must trust in HIM who is our security and with the certainty that he is doing this with great love.
