Isaiah 64:4
“For from ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen a God besides you, who works for him who waits for him.”
Psalm 40:1 says: “I waited patiently for the LORD, and he inclined to me and heard my cry.” Waiting like it or not is what awaits us in the areas of life. You wait to be born, you wait for the job, you wait for the dream marriage, home ownership, for healing, for the release of the child, the husband, and so on. But there is One who works wonders in the life of those who wait for Him. Do you know who He is, who works wonders and wonders for him who waits in Him? Yes, it's the GOD You say you know, but don't know how to wait for your time. Anguish takes over and disbelief takes over. We have in this GOD the guarantee that He is certainly acting, working for your cause, but do you believe this to the point of resting? Have you been praying? Have you planted? So wait for the harvest time! If you give up now, you may be giving up just in time to see the mighty hand of God at work. There is an insecurity, there is an unhealthy anxiety. Do you wait on GOD? Waiting on GOD is totally different from waiting on someone, or in someone. Waiting in GOD is having trust, it is making sure that HE is the LORD of time and that nothing is out of His control. It is to believe in His providence, in His help, in His deliverance. We know that the path is not easy, but it is certainly the right one in life, because it is the most wonderful of decisions after your surrender to CHRIST, it is to surrender in a wait for whatever it is, making sure that you will achieve, for GOD is working for you who waits in Him.
Psalm 42:5 says:
“Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you troubled within me? Hope in God, for I will yet praise him for the salvation that is in his presence.”
Psalm 27:14 says:
“Wait thou for the LORD; take heart, and strengthen your heart; wait, therefore, for the LORD.” Lamentations 3:25 says: “Good is the LORD to those who wait for Him, to the soul that seeks Him. The difference is not what you expect, but who you expect.

Prayer: FATHER I trust Your best for me, help me not to make any hasty decisions. From now on I want to trust only in You and Your Word. I want to wait for Your time, I know and fully believe that all Your promises will be fulfilled in my life. All fear, all anxiety and lack of faith I reject now in the name of JESUS. FATHER can continue to work in my favor, for I will continue to wait on You. I thank you in Jesus name, amen.
