John 6:57 “As the Father who lives sent Me, and I live for the FATHER, so whoever feeds on Me will also live for Me.” Food is essential. From what you eat, a doctor can have an assessment of your health even before doing some tests. He will pass laboratory tests and more based only on what you are eating for confirmation and then pass a new diet, ban some foods and so on. JESUS in John 6:57 said so and still says to us today: “As the Father who lives sent Me, and I live for the FATHER, so whoever feeds on Me will also live for Me.” What is your spiritual food? Did you know that we can evaluate your spiritual life just by the fact that you are reading the Bible, if you pray, if you actually have a prayer life? If you eat well, have a balanced diet, don't smoke or drink, don't eat sweets all the time, you're on the right path to a quality life. So if you read the Word, keep communion with GOD daily, you are feeding on the SON and His teachings by HIM in the FATHER you will live. JESUS lives for the FATHER who sent Him and you, feeding on JESUS, will also live for HIM. Where is your focus? When you wake up, what's your first thought? What have you been eating? What habits occupy your life all the time? As we say, the doctor will, based on your answers, pass exams, balanced diet, tell you to sleep more and so on. We're asking questions so that you and I, that we can too perceive and thus obtain a diagnosis about what has filled us inside. There are many daily tasks that we don't have time to look for and understand what is a priority for us. There is one that will take advantage. Yes Satan! He's going to push all your garbage through people, circumstances, news, and then because you're away, there are the gaps where all these things will come in. That's why the Word of God must have priority in our lives. The void that exists, it exists in every human being, so fill it with the things of GOD. Don't give time for the things of the world, for Satan, fill yourself from above, life only in JESUS. Your mind may be divided. It cannot make room for GOD and the devil. You define your priorities. Do your best by setting aside time for GOD. Watch your thoughts, ask GOD for discernment of all things and understand soon the cunning snares of hell to take your priority from the Kingdom. Feed on the Word and be filled with life, with the life of JESUS. Prayer Say it like this: LORD, I recognize that I am often distracted and have not given proper priority to my spiritual life. But from this moment on I commit everything into Your hands, and I ask You to help me to do what is right. Time with the LORD, with Your Word that all carelessness falls to the ground. All the things that the enemy has put in my life that have become priorities in Jesus name I rebuke now. I want to live Your teachings, abandoning the lies of Satan and what he has pushed to me and I will from now on feed on Jesus and live for Him, amen.
